Jesus healed them all (introduction): the role of faith

I'm currently listening to an excellent teaching series by Rev KM. I'm taking notes and thought i'd share on my blog.

Recorded in the Gospels are 19 individual cases of healings which are more detailed. Of course there are others who have been delivered and multitudes who have been healed.

There seems to be an emphasis on the faith of the individual in many of the cases. Their faith is specifically referred to as the determining factor in their healing.

1. The nobleman's son was healed because the nobleman believed the word and went his way.
   
2. The paralytic's faith was seen by Jesus and he was healed.
   
3. The Centurion believed for his servant's healing, and it was done according to what he believed.
   
4. The woman with the issue of blood had faith that made her whole.
5. Jesus told the 2 blind men: "according to your faith, be it done to you"
6. The 10 lepers had faith that made them whole
7. Blind Bartimaeus' faith made him whole
8. The SyroPhoenician woman's daughter was healed because the mother believed.
